Jardin de Safran Restaurant is a Persian food restaurant specialising in a combination of fast hot Persian rice bar and cold salads plus specific recipes focusing on the two Persian cuisines; Kubideh and d’Joudjeh. Come and try our food with the amazing taste of saffron.
The main Persian cooking dishes are the numerous rice dishes, sometimes flavoured with almonds, pistachios, glazed carrots or orange peels, and raisins; others with vegetables and spices; occasionally with meat. Typically being perfected and finished by the use of specially prepared saffron from Iran.
Other recipes included kebabs, meatballs, stews and stuffed vegetables accompanied by different sauces. Many of the Persian dishes could be served as vegetarian. Sometimes, the mixing of sweet and savory, such as grains stewed with fruit and spices produced unique meals.
Our founders, Zohreh & Shahram, have an idea to create a restaurant that is more than a place that served great food. Shahram wants to give locals a place where they'd always feel at home. A place where they could get no-nonsense food at down-to-earth prices, and where they'd be treated right by people who has a passion to serve.
